Wyndham Worldwide Corporation Declares Cash Dividend

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Feb. 25, 2011 -Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN) announced today its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock, payable March 25, 2011 to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2011.
