Minnesota Based Malt-O-Meal(R) Company Acquires Farina Mills(R) Brand Assets

MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 31 - The Malt-O-Meal Company announced the acquisition of
the Farina Mills Brand from U.S. Mills, LLC December 11, 2009. The purchase
is limited to the rights and formula to the Farina Mills brand and current
on-hand inventory held by U.S. Mills, LLC. This acquisition does not include
any other assets or liabilities of U.S. Mills, LLC. As the new owner of the
Farina Mills brand, Malt-O-Meal will manufacture and market Farina Mills hot
cereal products in the future.

Effective January 11, 2010, Malt-O-Meal’s current distributor, International
Grocery Distributors (IGD) as the grocery division of GMT Corporation, will
assume full responsibility for the distribution of the Farina Mills brand
hot cereals in Puerto Rico.
