J.D. Power and Associates to Announce Results of Its 2008 European Hotel Study
What: J.D. Power and Associates 2008 European Hotel Guest Satisfaction
Index Study results will be announced from the International Hotel
Conference at the Rome Cavalieri Hilton in Rome, Italy.
The J.D. Power and Associates 2008 European Hotel Guest
Satisfaction Index Study, now in its fourth year, measures the
overall satisfaction of European hotel guests based on seven
factors: costs and fees; check-in/check-out; food and beverage;
guest room; hotel facilities; hotel services; and reservations.
More than 40 European hotel brands are measured and ranked in four
segments: upper upscale; upscale; mid-scale full service; and
economy.
The 2008 European Guest Satisfaction Index Study is based on
responses from more than 13,000 European guests who stayed at a
hotel in Europe between June to September. The study was fielded
between July and September 2008.
Who: Jim Gaz, Senior director of the Global Hospitality, Travel and
Entertainment practice at J.D. Power and Associates, will announce
the study results and present awards to the highest-ranked
European Hotel brands. All media are welcome to attend.
