Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 17, 2010 - Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST) announced that its board of directors authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share on the Company’s common stock.  The dividend is payable on January 18, 2011 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2010.
