Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) 76th Semi Annual conference, to be held August 9-12 at Gaylord National in Washington DC is the premier gathering of hospitality training and human resource professionals.
Conference features the latest training practices, innovations and solutions through a mix of general session speakers, breakouts and CHART’s unique member-sharing workshops along with great networking opportunities.
The conference will feature 3 motivating keynote speakers: Dr. JP Pawliw-Fry, “Understanding the Impact of Emotions on Performance”; Dennis Snow, “Leadership Excellence”; and Barbara Glanz, “Spreading Contagious Enthusiasm: Creating Workplaces of Passion, Purpose and Productivity”.
The Commitment to People Award and the Spirit of CHART Award will be presented at this conference.
In addition to the learning sessions, attendees will participate in the 11th semi-annual Community Service Event off site to work side by side giving back to the host community.
