Genghis Grill Gifts Hundreds of Toys This Holiday Season
Largest Mongolian Stir Fry Chain Supports the Toys for Tots Drive
DAS, Dec. 28, 2010 - Last week, all 18 Dallas - Fort Worth Genghis Grill locations raised over 750 toys for the annual Toys for Tots Drive, the biggest toy donation for the Mongolian stir-fry chain ever. All 18 Dallas - Fort Worth Genghis Grill locations displayed Toys for Tots boxes in each of their stores for fans to drop off unwrapped presents for children, ages 0-12. The Christmas spirit was everywhere at all Genghis Grill locations, especially in McKinney and Plano, where overflowed Toys for Tots boxes were filling up the restaurant. There were a few Genghis Grill fans that had their own companies and offices donate truck loads of toys.
“With Toys for Tots, we’ve seen the power of many individuals working toward a common goal - making Christmas happier for hundreds of local children. Especially in the current economy, many people may not think they’ve anything to spare, but loyal GENGHIS GRILL FANS came together and donated over 700 toys this year. From bikes, to gaming systems, to footballs, and many other variations of toys and this year we had our biggest toy donation/collection ever. Thank you to all who came together on giving a little bit for this season.
