Choice Hotels Opens 37 New Hotels in March
Silver Spring, Md. (April 13, 2010) – Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) continues to grow with the announcement of 37 newly-opened franchised properties during the month of March. The openings include hotels in 22 states and three countries, adding more than 2,800 rooms to the company’s existing 485,000-plus rooms. Select properties that opened in March include:
Comfort Inn Downtown – Salt Lake City, Utah
Conveniently located in downtown Salt Lake near many popular attractions, this 85-room hotel features an outdoor whirlpool/hot tub, free full breakfast, exercise room, free wireless high-speed Internet access, courtesy shuttle service, free weekday newspapers, room service and on-site sundry shop. Guestrooms offer pillow top mattresses, flat screen/Plasma TVs, microwaves, refrigerators and more. The hotel is also pet-friendly.
Comfort Suites – Williamsburg, Va.
