Chinese Employee Recognized as Carlson’s 2010 Global Employee of the Year
MINNEAPOLIS and SHANGHAI, Feb. 21, 2011 - Carlson, a privately held, global hospitality and travel company, today announced that Winstar Yang, a senior concierge supervisor at the Radisson Blu Hotel Pudong Century Park in Shanghai, China was named Carlson’s 2010 Global Employee of the Year at the company’s recent global hotel business conference in Washington, D.C.
Yang was recognized for his outstanding guest service performance that is synonymous with the Radisson® Yes I Can!(SM) service philosophy and 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee. His triumph comes over nominations from Europe, Middle East and Africa and the Americas.
