CBRE Hotels sells Aloft Hotel in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA – Feb. 24, 2011 – CB Richard Ellis Hotels is pleased to announce the sale of the aloft Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga, a franchise affiliate of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, to Pacifica Companies LLC, for $8M. The aloft is an upper market select service, midrise hotel consisting of 136 rooms. The five-story hotel opened in June 2008 and is located two miles from the Ontario International Airport at 10480 Fourth Street, Rancho Cucamonga, California.

John Karver of CBRE Hotels noted, “this was one of the first aloft Hotels developed in the United States and even today, represents the only aloft Hotel in the State of California”. CBRE Hotels represented the Seller in this transaction.
