CBRE | Hotels represents Rossford lodge, inc. In the $4.8 million Sale of the Country Inn & Suites

Columbus, April 8, 2010 – CBRE Hotels represented Rossford Lodge, Inc. in the $4.8 million sale of The Country Inn & Suites located in Rossford, Ohio.

Eric Belfrage led the sale of the 80-room hotel; the buyer was Mohammed Merchant of Orlando, Florida.

“This hotel is a new mid-price asset with only one year toward stabilization under its belt. Its sale represents the market’s willingness to believe in the future, that metrics will improve,” said Eric.

Mr. Belfrage is a vice president in CB Richard Ellis’ Columbus office and serves as a member of the Investment Properties and CBRE | Hotels groups. He is directly responsible for the acquisition and disposition of hotels on a local, regional and national level. Eric’s professional knowledge includes almost 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is very well known and respected for his vast knowledge of hotel properties throughout Ohio.
