Memorable Meal: Three-Course Dinner for Two for $99, featuring Twin Ocean Point Lobster Tails through December 15 - Fleming’s Executive Chef Russell Skall has created a Memorable Meal especially for the holidays at a price that will keep everyone smiling.
“Fall is when Maine lobster is at its peak of flavor and fullness. For this season’s Memorable Meal, I’ve created a lobster dish stuffed with the earthy flavors of fall - shitake mushrooms and wild arugula,” explains Chef Skall. Guests may choose either two stuffed lobster tails or a stuffed lobster tail paired with filet mignon for only $99 for two.
Also included with the three-course meal is Salad Greens topped with Pistachio Crusted Baked Goat Cheese; Roasted Pumpkin Crepes and a Caramelized Potato Tart; and Carrot Cake for dessert. The Memorable Meal is also available for one guest at $49.50.
