  WHAT:    December 16, 2009 will mark the grand opening of the $8.5
        billion CityCenter, an all-new urban resort destination in the
        heart of the famed Las Vegas Strip.  Spanning 67 acres,
        CityCenter is a “city within a city” and includes ARIA Resort &
        Casino, Vdara Hotel & Spa, Crystals retail and entertainment
        district, Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas and Veer Towers, a
        residential development.  Designed by eight world-renowned
        architects, CityCenter will offer visitors and residents
        unparalleled accommodations, world-class fine dining, Viva Elvis
        by Cirque du Soleil, retail and spa facilities and dynamic
        public spaces including an unprecedented public art collection.
        CityCenter will also be one of the world’s largest sustainable
        developments. The U.S. Green Building Council already has
        awarded LEED(R) Gold certification to ARIA’s hotel tower,
        convention center and theater; Vdara Hotel & Spa; and
