ATLANTA, March 4 - AFC Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFCE), the franchisor and operator of Popeyes(R) restaurants, today announced that its Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2008 which ended December 28, 2008 will be filed on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, after market close. The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, March, 12, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time to review operating results and provide an update on its new strategic plan announced last year.
