80% of the Holiday Homes Are Already Booked in August

  There are still 6 weeks left before we enter August, but if you plan to take a last

  The latest availability status update among their inventory of 50.000 properties
across Europe, shows that some of the most popular summer destinations are about to get
sold out.

  “We can’t see any signs of economic crisis in our trade”, says managing director,
Claus Pedersen, from Campaya. “With an occupancy of 60-80% in some of the most popular
destinations, we will unfortunately have to disappoint a lot of people in the coming
weeks”, he says.

  All hope is not lost if you are willing to be flexible. Portugal and Canary Islands
still have available holiday villas and apartments in August.

  Chances are also a bit better if you plan your holiday in July or beginning of
September, unless you plan to go to Scandinavian countries.

  Claus Pedersen says, “Only 3300 of our 14,800 properties in Denmark are available in
the weeks from the 21st of July. Which makes it nearly impossible to get the dream house”
