Job description

My client is a Golf Club set in beautiful Surrey parkland. The Clubhouse, a luxurious Georgian Mansion, is steeped in history and dates back to 1726. The Golf Club was established in 1907.

The Head Chef has worked for over 15 years and has won numerous awards for his cuisine. He has created a mouthwatering selection of dishes for you to chose from.

The ideal candidate should have a background within hotels/banqueting establishments, be used to leading a team, assisting the head chef, working lunch and dinner service, arranging rotas and ordering stock.

Immediate start available.

Salary indication:

18000.00
