Sous Chef

Job description

My client is looking for an experienced sous chef for a 41 bedroom hotel in the Lake District. The rooms include 12 Four Poster rooms with ensuite Jacuzzi. They offer weddings, conferences and have a good quality restaurant. Duties will include assisting the head chef, working as part of a team, training junior staff, menu planning and running the kitchen. Immediate start available, accommodation will be available.

Salary indication:

18000.00
