The Restaurant Manager is responsible for delivering on the City of Dreams vision, standards and objectives through a strategic approach to managing a restaurant operation that focuses on developing business strategy, entrepreneurism and innovation, high team involvement and creating best practice.

Qualifications & Experience:
•  Supervisory experience
•  Minimum Certificate in Hospitality or Business Management
