An established multi national catering firm is seeking high caliber individual to join its organization in Hong Kong as a Business Development Manager.
The position is responsible in overseeing the entire sales and operations functions for the group in the Greater China Region. He/she should formulate business strategies and plan the operation of the separate businesses to ensure smooth day to day operation of its group. This role has full Profit and Loss responsibility. You should also achieve the company’s set objectives in all different and separate market segments by developing effective operation standards for the group. The role will also manage the groups operation and business development functional manager to run their day to day responsibility.
To be successful in this job, you should have a minimum tertiary degree with at least 10 years experience in a catering or F&B function for a sizeable F&B / Hospitality group or organization of which at least 5 years in a managerial position. You should have outstanding people management skill and managed a large group of staff and diverse portfolio across all industries in the Greater China region. Strong business acumen and knowledge of the catering industry in Hong Kong would be seen as an advantage. You should also be able to work under pressure. Fluency in English is a must for this role.
