Job description
MEMERSHIP DIRECTOR
Earn upwards of $100,000 per year! The world’s premier sports and fitness Club Company is seeking a sharp, dynamic team player to join our Sales Team and help us in our relentless pursuit to deliver the perfect Member experience. • Largely commission-based position (Quarterly and Annual bonuses may be given.)
MEMBERSHIP SALES:
• Meet production goals set forth by management.
• Conduct presentations and tours of the Club.
• Demonstrate awareness of all current offers.
• Continuously develop leads and solicit referrals.
• Generate required number of contacts to achieve Club sales goals.
• Maintain organized statistics on personal sales, information calls, and miscellaneous statistics on marketing or Club information.
• Assist the Reception Desk.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales.
• Excellent Member service and hospitality, human relations, and communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through.
• Cooperative and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in groups, occasionally under pressure.
• Continuous interaction with Members, Team Members, and Managers.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
