Position Title: Maintenance Manager
Princess Cruises and Tours: Embark on an exciting new career with a growing company offering great benefits and future opportunities. We are currently looking for a dedicated and driven individual to assist in the development and guidance of the maintenance department.
Job Duties: Manages the hotel maintenance activities, operations, and team members. Responsible for the facilities detailed preventative and repair maintenance. Makes recommendations for capital improvements. Applies knowledge of equipment, systems, and facilities maintenance; carpentry; heating and air conditioning systems; and grounds maintenance.
Job Requirements: BA or equivalent. Proficiency in the use of computer business applications. Ability to clearly communicate, verbally and in writing, with all levels of team members, management, and customers. Four years of progressively responsible positions in hotel property or facilities maintenance. Journeyman experience, post-secondary technical certification, or licensed in carpentry, electrical, mechanical plumbing or HVAC systems is required. Third class stationary steam boiler license is required. Spa certification required within 90 days of hire. Current valid Alaska driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Demonstrated supervisory experience in a business environment is required. Must submit to drug and alcohol tests throughout employment.
