The hotel reflects an air of relaxation and is located in the Maldives. Offering 6 different accommodation styles it is known to be an oasis.
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager (European/Australian/South African or US nationals only) for this stunning property.
Our candidate has exceptional Human Resources professional and has ideally worked at remote locations previously.
• European/Australian/South African or US national only.
• Single - male/female in their early 30s with college/university degree.
• Must have at least 10 years experience as Human Resources of which 2-3 years should be in the HR Manager function.
• Good understanding of Maldivian Law, industrial relations, culture and strong leadership skills
• Proven ability to perform in multicultural environment.
