Job description
An international hotel chain requires a suitable candidate for a brand new hotel schedules to open in 1st quarter of 2009 in Dubai
Requirements:
1. Currently holding position as General Manager, Resident Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, Director of Rooms, Director of Sales and Marketing or Director of Food and Beverage
2. Over 5 years of hotel experience in the management positions
3. Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a strategic direction and driving excellence
4. Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record
5. High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employess to excel in a competitive environment
6. Good command of written and spoken English
7. Must be able to work with the hotel's owners
8. A knowledge of Arabic Language would be an advantage
