Food & Beverage Manager
Job description
The Sports Club/LA, the world’s premier sports and fitness Club Company is seeking a sharp, dynamic team player to join us in our relentless pursuit to deliver the perfect Member experience. Main responsibility will be to provide five-star customer service and hospitality to our Members and guests.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (Full Time):
• Create a sense of cooperation and teamwork within the department and among other departments.
• Maintain a high level of staff morale.
• Maintain menus and post signage on events in F&B in Club.
• Hold Food Handlers Certificate Holder – maintain kitchen to Health department standards.
• Keeps track of monthly food, wares and liquor inventory.
• Gives feedback to chef.
• Control costs – payroll, food, liquor, and others.
• Performs management evaluations.
• Creates monthly management schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree a plus.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years F&B experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Basic computer skills.
