Job title: Executive Sous Chef – Hanoi, Vietnam
Description: An International 5 star Hotel in Vietnam requires a suitable candidate for the position of Executive Sous Chef.
Responsibilities:
This individual will be required to direct, evaluate and oversee all areas in the Food and Beverage, Kitchen and the Conference and Banqueting Operations to ensure the product delivered, the service and the operational standards are in accordance with the Hotel’s strategic plans
The Restaurants will be serving International and Local Cuisine. This Individual must strive for highest guest satisfaction levels that will in turn maximize the hotel’s profitablility and create an impact on the hotel’s product
Requirements:
At least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position as Executive Chef in a 5-star International Chain Hotel
Previous Experience working in Asia would be an asset
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self motivated with Drive
Excellent command of English
Sound knowledge of the Food and Beverage Operations, Production and Management
Have a proven track record of Cost Control which includes Food, Equipment, Labour and Waste
