Job description

The successful applicant will have really hands-on experience of International buffet and banquet with strong knowledge of French and International cuisine.

The candidate will be creative, innovative, have strong leadership, ability to train, drive and manage a dynamic team.

The key success factors for this position are the following:
  Ability and practical experience in a 4 stars hotel
  Attention to details and quality
  Good manage cost & food hygiene
  Fluency in speaking English
  Knowledge of Accor standards as well as previous experience in South East Asia would be an advantage

This position will be based in Daegu under a single expatriate contract.
