Job description
The successful applicant will have really hands-on experience of International buffet and banquet with strong knowledge of French and International cuisine.
The candidate will be creative, innovative, have strong leadership, ability to train, drive and manage a dynamic team.
The key success factors for this position are the following:
Ability and practical experience in a 4 stars hotel
Attention to details and quality
Good manage cost & food hygiene
Fluency in speaking English
Knowledge of Accor standards as well as previous experience in South East Asia would be an advantage
This position will be based in Daegu under a single expatriate contract.
