Job description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage with European background based in Bangkok.
Ideally our candidate has previous experience in Asia and has been in the position of Food and Beverage Director for at least 3 years. He/She is dynamic and appreciates a challenge, has exceptional banquet and convention experience and is an outstanding manager of people and resources.
We expect the individual to have a background in service and the ability to manage budgets and be well versed in finance and administration.
He will be responsible for a large Food & Beverage Operation and assist the General Manager to implement high standards in quality and the level of service.
You will be required to manage a fine team of professionals and provide leadership and motivation to ensure budgets are achieved and a high level of guest satisfaction is maintained.
There is excellent potential for growth within the company for the right candidate and we are looking at candidates with background in fine luxury hotels.
