Deputy Head Receptionist
Job description
As Deputy Head Receptionist the role will entail:-
The day to day supervision of the front desk and concierge team
Orchestrate and demonstrate a high standard of customer service & standards
Training and Development of the team
Ensure company standard policies and procedures are adhered
Handle guest enquiries and queries
Co-ordiating floats and checks
Liaising with accounts re city ledger and guest ledgers
Liaise with all departments
Essential criteria for this role is
One year’s experience as a Reception Shift Leader in a minimum 200 Bedroom Hotel in central London
Strong hands on and leadership skills
Strong training & development skills
Good all round communicator
Good attention to details on; standards and procedures
Knowledge of Opera or Fidelio
Part of the role will encompass Duty Management Shifts
Hours: Shifts and must be flexible including week ends
Salary indication:
17,000
