This 4 star hotel situated in Buckinghamshire is looking to appoint a Deputy General Manager
As Deputy General Manager the role will entail
To orchestrate and develop the Rooms Division departments and all other operational departments
Assist with maximising revenue in line with business strategies
To deputies in the absence of the General Manager
To coach and develop all Heads of Departments
Monitor and control of budget and expenditure
Implement, monitor and develop systems and procedures
Assist with preparation of budget and business plan
Monitor and control of budget and expenditure
Implementation of systems and procedures
You will be the appointed Health & Safety Officer
The successful candidate would have had previous all round exposure and operational experience within all operational departments together with a minimum of 3-4 years experience within Rooms department
Salary indication:
31000.00
