Job description
This 4 star hotel situated in the heart of London are looking to appoint a Food & Beverage Manager.
The role of Food & Beverage Manager will entail:-
To orchestrate and direct all Food & Beverage departments
Leadership and development of a brigade of 50 staff
Monitor and control of budget and expenditure
Implementation of systems and procedures
Assist with preparation of budget and business plan
Participate as a Duty Manager
The successful candidate would have had a minimum of 3-4 year Food & Beverage and managerial experience within a quality London property.
Strong man-management skills with a proven track record of managing a large team
Academic training qualifications would be advantageous together with a working knowledge of Fidelio Micros
Salary indication:
30000.00
