Job Title: Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing – Hong Kong
Description: An International 5 star Hotel Chain requires a
suitable candidate for the position of Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing.
Job Scope:
Oversee and direct all sales, marketing communications, public relations (both
external and internal) for the Group
Formulate and execute strategic plans to capture market share and to maximize the
Group's profitability
Prepare the annual Sales & Marketing plans and targets
Guide and lead the overall marketing drive and to work closely with the Group's General Manager
Prepare a market analysis on the region to provide advice to the Group's management
Requirements:
University graduate in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing or other related disciplines. MBA or equivalent preferred.
At least 10 years' solid experience in hospitality Sales and Marketing.
Proven track record in the hospitality/tourism/hotel industry in sales and marketing
Strong leadership skills and able to develop the caliber of his/her Sales and
Marketing team
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Previous working experience in China will be an asset
Excellent interpersonal, management and leadership skills
