Description: A 5 star International Hotel Chain requires a suitable candidate for the position of Corporate Director of Food and Beverage
Requirements:
Have previous experience as Director of Food and Beverage or Executive Chef for a minimum of 5 years
Has previous experience with International Branded Hotels in Asia
Has a tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, specifically in Food and Beverage.
Demonstrates Proven Management and Leadership qualities
Fluent in English. Basic knowledge of Spoken Mandarin would be an advantage.
Has excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
