Chef Manager / Head Chef

Job description

We urgently require a Chef Manager / Head Chef to oversee a team of 8 including 4 Chefs and other kitchen staff to coordinate and manage the day to day running of a very busy public restaurant.

With a passion for good straightforward quality food you will be leading your team in order to drive forward standards, implement new ideas and good working practices.

Ideally you will have previous Head Chef / management experience and are now keen to take on greater challenge.

Working straight shifts it will be predominantly Mon to friday though the restaurant is open 7 days a week and so some weekends may be involved - days only

Salary indication:

25000.00
