Main responsibility will be to provide five-star customer service and hospitality to our Members and guests.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following:

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (Full Time):
• Review and approve all New Team Member Files-ensure accuracy in all Membership paperwork.
• Review, check for accuracy, and sign-off on all PCN’s within Housekeeping, Reception, Building Operations, and For Kids Only departments.
• Perform three daily walk-throughs to ensure that all departments are executing Company standards and to enhance communication with Members and Team Members.
• Review, check for accuracy, and sign-off on all PCN’s, vacation requests, sick day Requests, and other Team Member related paperwork within the Housekeeping, Reception, Building Operations, and For Kids Only departments.
• Conduct periodic audit for Kronos reports to insure accuracy. 
• Conduct a new Member tour on a weekly basis. 
• Perform Club Retention Service calls on a regular basis. 
• Communicate liaison with night cleaning contractors. 
• Conduct regular reviews of Who’s Calling calls to ensure quality and standards.
• Work the Reception Desk 10% of work time.
• Conduct daily huddles with energy and enthusiasm.
• Meet with the Reception, Housekeeping, Building Operations, and For Kids Only Managers on a weekly basis.
• Attend Reception, Housekeeping, Building Operations, and For Kids Only
• Monthly Team Meetings on a regular basis.
• Cascade all pertinent information from the General Manager meetings to the Reception, Housekeeping, Building Operations, and For Kids Only departments.
• Identify, report, and correct all needed Club and office repairs immediately.
• Maintain strong work habits, SCC Grooming Standards, attendance.
• Maintain fitness example for Members and Team Members by exhibiting a commitment towards a healthy lifestyle.

REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree a plus.
• 1 to 2 years luxury brand/athletic club/private club/hotel/guest services.
