Job description
Famous brasserie group is currently recruiting a Sous Chef for their restaurant which is located in the new Terminal 5 building in Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic challenge for an experienced Sous Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition, the ability to lead a team of 10 chefs and the motivation to create good quality food made from the freshest of ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have strong man management skills at Sous Chef level
