Job description

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Senior Sous Chef to work in this award winning establishment in Cambridgeshire. The hotel has a fine dining, award winning restaurant, bar and C&B facilities. New, talented head chef has been appointed recently and their aim is to gain higher accolades.
The ideal candidate should have a stable experience (min 2 AA Rosettes), have great man management skills, be able to lead by example and confidently cover the head chef in his abscence.
