Sales & Catering Manager
Job description
The Sales & Catering Manager is responsible for generating revenue for the hotel by selling the meeting rooms and guest rooms to all potential market groups in base area. He/she will have the opportunity to utilize his/her skills and talents to:
* Maintain on-going positive communications with guests and clients, as well as with related vendors (e.g. caterers, AV companies)
* Conduct daily sales calls to potential customers by means of direct sales calls, prospecting calls and written correspondence
* Coordinate all activities related to meeting facilities usage
* Assist in preparing the annual sales & catering budget, and developing strategies to achieve sales & catering goals
