Human Resources Director
Job description
We currently have a unique opportunity for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to lead the Human Resources Department. In this role you will be responsible for the complete Human Resources function, including recruitment & retention, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff housing, employee and labor relations, staff welfare and immigration. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be a key strategic business partner to all departments throughout the resort and work closely with the General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotels goals and objectives. You will lead a team of three professionals and be responsible for setting goals as well as their individual growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR Director role at a resort with a workforce of 500 employees or more, international experience in Senior Human Resources role in a luxury brand, and a track record of career progress and stability. We are in search of a candidate who is both strategic and pragmatic in approach, has strong commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills. Work experience in an Asian country is preferred as we are a multi-cultural workforce with over 50% Asian population. Previous experience working abroad is required.
