Job description
Concierge is responsible for providing information to guests about hotel services, features and room amenities. A strong knowledge of the local area to assist guests with their inquiries is an essential requirement of this position; previous experience in similar position is preferred. The Concierge is responsible for: following up on inquiries; coordinating requests for special arrangements; escorting VIPs to their assigned guest rooms; and interacting with all guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
