Assistant Food & Manager
Job description
It would be beneficial if candidates have a qualification in hospitality management and have a minimum of 4 years operational and supervisory experience in Food and Beverage departments
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation team in the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Lounge
A working knowledge of Opera and Micros would be a distinct advantage, part of th role will encompass carrying out training and development activities for the team.
Salary: £20,000 plus Service Charge £3,000 - £4,000 per annum
