EXECUTIVE CHEF

•  Minimum of 10 years experience in fine-dining restaurant or in a 5star restaurant in a 5star Hotel, and not in the buffet restaurant.
•  Professional Qualifications and HACCP knowledge and implementation is mandatory
•  Must be knowledgeable in food cost and cost control.
•  Must be capable of coming up with new menu items every 6 months.
•  Must be able to play the role of the kitchen manager, and set up the necessary policies and procedures.
•  Must set the manual for the food process.
•  Must be knowledgeable in and skillful of making international food types/ cuisines, French and Italian, and fusion is a great plus.
•  Should be capable of handling, controlling and supervising more than one restaurant, if needed.

?  Your job besides organizing the programs is to encourage the Hotel Guests to participate in various activities.

JOB CONDITIONS:

You will have a monthly salary, based on the working days you have in the hotel.

You will have free accommodation in the contracted hotel. A staff room shared with another animator of the same sex or an apartment close by.

You will have free meals in the hotel. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner during your work contract. Also soft drinks will be free of charge in most hotels.

Reimbursement of your ticket, under the conditions that you have fulfilled your contract period (Max amount 400 euro)

Your working hours are 8 per day, 6 days a week. You will also have 2-3 extra hours in the beginning of season for rehearsals.

You will take part in our 2 weeks course, obligatory for all N.T.E Animators. 14 days before start of your contract. Free of charge.

Free accommodation and food (breakfast and dinner) during the course period.

You should also have a very sound knowledge culinary and food & beverage production. You should be an excellent leader and able to lead a team of F&B, trainee, chef and staff to maintain and provide the highest quality of food standards.  You must have strong communication and interpersonal skill and is able to work under pressure. Fluency is English and Chinese is a must for this role.
