Italian Chef de Cuisine

We are looking for an Italian Chef de Cuisine (with Michelin star restaurant experience) for an upcoming opening of a new venue within a 5 star luxury hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The candidate MUST be of Italian origin and ideally educated in Australia, the United Kingdom or the United States and have work experience in luxury hotels of at least 3 years.

His experience is defined by fine dining Italian/Mediterranean cuisine with his own signature dishes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a young creative and hard working individual who wants to establish a name for himself within a world-renowned hotel company.

The remuneration package is outstanding with a tax-free salary and a 2-year contract is offered and renewable. The usual expatriate benefits apply.

Ideally the candidate is in his late 20’s to early 30’s, and a professional of exceptional standing. We expect he candidate to have full knowledge of HACCP, strong leadership, training, communication and organizational skills.
