The gardens encompass the lush tropical landscape representing the magnificence of Khao Lak’s natural flora. Take a stroll through the grounds and experience a natural paradise made up of palm and coconut trees, tropical plants, water gardens, and exotic flowers. Relax and sunbathe on the quiet and serene Khao Lak Beach. Hear the gentle wave’s splash next to you as you have an invigorating Thai massage.
We love to please you every chance we get but we do take pride in our “Feel at Home Philosophy”,inviting you to always help yourself in the guest kitchen. Enjoy a cup of fresh ground Boncafe Coffee any time you like , soothing Thai mint Tea after that sunbath or simply a glass of Thai Orange Juice when you may wake up in the middle of the night to take in the moon glaring over the Andaman Sea. This is just an example of what makes Luckanawadee the most inviting choice for the discerning traveler.
We do not have a formal reception area. When you arrive we love you to drop your bags in your room and escort you on a short stroll through the property to show you your home while away from home. Afterwards you are invited to recline and relax at our lounge (Soul Fusion) to take in an unforgettable with one our many unforgettable concoctions of tropical drinks. We will explain every way that we can help you truly experience Thailand. We want you to feel as if we were a family friend, invited you to come and stay with us at our beach house.
ACCOMODATIONS
With only 10 suites at Luckanawadee, and we are able to cater to your every need, and provide you with a level of one on one service that can not be found anywhere else.
There are three beach front villas. Each beach villa is situated on 100 square meter plots with 72 square meters of personal space within. There is a wrap around terrace on each villa with beautiful views of the beach and the Andaman Sea. Both of the Villas are also positioned with the pool right out of the front door of the villa. Also, there are private gardens on one side of the terrace. The villas are decorated in a modern Asian style with rose wood and teak furniture and wonderful paintings ranging from Traditional Thai to ultra modern works painted by local artists. Both villas have 42 inch Plasma Screen TV’s and surround sound stereo systems. The ceilings are 20 foot and vaulted. Villa #2 has an indoor marble bathroom and an outdoor, teak and stone bathroom with a very large 2 person Jacuzzi tub. There is also a glass roof to enjoy the moon and the stars while soaking with your lover. Both Villas have Marble and Travertine floors.
There is a total of 7 garden suites all decorated differently but equally tasteful with custom built teak, and palm wood furniture. All of the suites have 32 inch Plasma screen TV’s, leather couches, marble showers, and 2 person Jacuzzi tubs.
The largest garden suite is situated on a 70 square meter plot and has a 32 square meter terrace.
The Dual view suite has wonderful views of the beach and the mountains. This Suite also has an 2 person outdoor Jacuzzi.
There are five Jr. Suites that are approximately 58 square meters each. Each unit has 28 square meter terraces and balconies.
Since we want you to feel completely at home we have a very large kitchen and dining room for your use. The Kitchen has African black Granite tops and custom built palm wood cabinets. All of the appliances in the Kitchen are stainless steel. The dining room is very spacious with a custom built solid teak table, with seating for up to 16 people. There is a sitting area with chocolate brown leather couches facing two pieces of beautiful Thai artwork. There is a 20” Plasma screen at the island in the kitchen in case you would like to watch the news as you have breakfast. Outside of the kitchen there is a large stainless steel BBQ grill, in case you would like to do some of your own poolside grilling.
There is a multi purpose Entertainment room with a 120 inch cinema screen and a full surround sound stereo system for your enjoyment. There is also a full selection of DVD’s, ranging from family movies, action, drama, love stories, horror, Sci- Fi, and of course cartoons for the kids when they feel the need to take a break from all the fun in the sun. There is plenty of seating in the Cinema Room with an oversized Leather Couch and several other leather couches and loungers. All of the furniture in this room is custom built from beautiful, local palm woods. There is also a work desk in the room with a computer, and free internet access. We also have free broadband Wi-Fi connection throughout the entire property, all the way out to the beach.
