We have the investor ready to buy it, but we need to find a hotel chain who be able and interested to rent the hotel.

The hotel is just in the center of Madrid city with 177 rooms. The sales prize is € 64.600.000 + broker commission and the rent option 5.5% of the purchase value, for a period of no less then 12 years.
