Hello Forum readers,

I am in real need of your help from you people. Thanks in advnace too for you replies.

I am newly recruited in an IT company in Thailand and given the task to find the most appropiate property management software for one of our regular clients which is a 65 rooms hotel.

I have spent around 2 week on this already, downloaded tons of the s/w, talked with companies, looked for presentations, feedback, reviews and finally choose eZee.

My question is that has any one tried Ezee frontdesk software ezeefrontdesk.com? As such every thing looks very fine with eZee, the product stability, features, pricing and support.

BUT BUT BUT, the company is operated in INDIA ??????
PLEASE PLEASE give me your feedback if you know about it. This is my first job and first assingment, I cant afford to be wrong.

Thanksssss,
Annan Sibesta

I deal with lot many indian companies as well as other companies around the world. I dont know about eZee, but my general reputation about Indian IT companies is that if you yourself know your subject well, then you can realy make the most of from them. You can find some real steal deals from them. I have been to India couple of times and I cant believe how big resource pool they have in terms of IT. They have millions of computer schools with virtually trilions of students graduating from them.

If you dont know what you want, than some indian companies can really take you for a ride, will promise you something in 10 days, and take ages to complete.

JUST KEEP AWAY FROM THE INDIAN FREELANCERS IF YOU ARE NEW IN IT.  For the rest it should be fine.

Cheers,

George

Well, frankly speaking I don’t think you get such a specific answer here. But say even if you do get the reply, it will be 1-2 replies and do you think judging from the replies of 1-2 people might be enough to change your decision?
Personally I suggest not to go for such random research, and ask 100’s of questions to the company itself. Smallest smallest of the questions you come in mind. Ask for references too.

Cheers,

George

If in the future you decide you are not happy with your software i would take a look at Openbook. It is a U.S. based company, 24hr support, etc. They do everything from website design, online marketing, to PMS systems. http://www.openbookit.com
