I run a condo style Senior living building with 86 rooms. The Residents who live here are scheduled once a week for cleaning as well as laundry. Most rooms are One bedroom but I have 7 Two bedrooms as well. How many hours a week should I budget for the housekeepers to do laundry and room cleaning as well as the rest of the 77K building. We are a Start up and I am trying give 5 start service and the owners expect this. How many housekeepers and total hours a week would be fair as of now I have 67 rooms and residents.
