Hi everyone ,
I am a “cheffin-gastgaber”, hotel and restaurant manager in the Swiss Alps. My husband and I have a 35 room , 3 star hotel in a ski resort village . Owning and running your own hotel can be trying at times , I hope I can get some great tips from all of you on this forum. My interests are mostly in management styles , such as finding new and creative ways to motivate your staff, promotion ideas , and new ways to make our guests feel warm,and welcome. Looking forward to reading more on this forum .

hello everyone. I find this site very helpful & interesting. hope to be receiving good responses & assistance from all of you.

By the way, I work in a Rooms Division department of a local 5-star hotel in Malaysia.
I was a culinary student (diploma) & furthered study in tourism & hotel management(bach. degree).

Hi,

I have developed a simple Property Management System for small Hotels, Hostels and Guest Houses. Up to now, I have heard much positive feedback about it. Therefore I am currently planning to start my own company with my system.

The Hotelsoftware is called Loventis and can be found here: Loventis Booking System

The PMS is free to use! I am planning to add online-booking functionality to the software soon.

I am looking for test user for my software and looking forward for your feedback.
