ZUMA offers something completely new – a sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal eating and drinking.

The ethos behind ZUMA is to deliver an authentic flavor of the east while respecting the traditions of the past.

ZUMA was first opened in London. There are now restaurants in Hong Kong, Istanbul, Dubai and Miami.

Following the Japanese izakaya style of dinning, food is served to share. The dishes are steadily brought to the table creating an informal yet sophisticated style of eating and drinking , with a contemporary twist
