The Shafston Diploma of Hospitality Management including a certificate III in Commercial Cookery is available for students wishing to start a career in hospitality. This course runs over 4 semesters and includes 900 hours of guaranteed industry placement. Our hospitality management diploma covers all elements of hospitality from cookery to proper food hygiene and service. Our on campus teaching kitchens combined with off campus work placement will prepare you for a successful career in hospitality.
