A P & D Group is a full service Architectural firm located in Boise, Idaho. For more than twenty years we have provided our clients with the highest quality designs for their new construction and remodeling / rebranding projects.
During this time we’ve developed a well thought out, cost effective, methodology for remodeling / rebranding hotel and resort properties. Working closely with our Clients and the others involved, we send a crew to the site to document existing conditions and verify Owner and Franchiser requirements. We then assemble and lead a team of quality consultants. Typically we work with M, E, P, Structural and Landscape consultants from the local project area and retain Interiors / FF&E / Purchasing based on standards desired by our Clients.
We make it a point to work closely with the local Building and Planning Officials in an effort to expedite the submittal and approval process thus preventing start-up delays. In-house, we prepare designs and detailed construction documents to assure that our Clients wants, needs and expectations are met. At times we are retained to provide construction period services and, on occasion, have assisted with the construction management team.
From concept to move-in, we provide thoughtful solutions to difficult problems while remaining within budgets and delivering the Brand promise. We strive to provide designs which are sensitive to local conditions, make use of the latest appropriate technologies and are environmentally sustainable. We select systems which increase efficiency and reduce energy consumption without sacrificing quality, usability and aesthetics.
Associates with the firm are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (N.C.A.R.B.) and are licensed in several states.
